Kazem is of Afghan/Iranian origin and nothing less than a fraudster and rogue trader.
He started our work in September 2025 and failed to complete our work and leave us with no materials to finish the job. He was supposed to complete a full dormer at a cost of £35,000. Later changed it to just the shell once he received £25,000 and said this is what he charges for the external shell. He said his mother was unwell and dying so he needed to go back to Iran and unable to complete the job. This is how shallow this man is. He didn’t go back to Iran and still in Leeds after leaving us in such a mess and severely out of pocket.
He completed approx a third of the shell which even that was of poor quality which the building inspector from LCC refused to pass. £25,000 lost in total. We had to appoint another builder to re-do all the work at an additional cost of £15,000 and purchase materials again that we had already paid Kazem for and he did not provide.

I would never recommend this guy. He is a cowboy builder. He came to my house reaped my kitchen and at the moment, I donot currently have a cooker, laundry machine and a sink. He has taken over £63,000. Please run away from this guy. He is a thief. For over 3 months he has not come to my house. He was referred to us by an architect who works for Leeds City Council. Do not hire him. If you want me to show you photos or videos of my property, I can forward it to you for free. He usually says that he doesnot want bank transfer and that you should give him cash. PLEASE BE WARNED! DON'T FALL A VICTIM
